Nationwide Jo Peh and her 2 five Step Dance academy were broadcasted. After this big success the Astro TV channel came to Jo Peh to interview her on her Choreographies and Teaching at her own academy.
Jo her students became the Grand champions at the Astro Xiao Tai Yang National Kids Talent Competition.
An unique show with beatbox guest performance amazed the crowed and even made the TV host go off his script by interviewing Jo after her amazing dance. At the well-known Prenatal Belly dance Event she even performed while being 5 months pregnant. In 2012 Jo Peh was pregnant for the 3th time, being pregnant never stopped Jo from dancing. She watched hours and hours of DVD’s to learn from and then slowly she learned herself the moves of Belly Dancing. The 2 Five Step Dance Academy grow bigger and beside Modern dance, aerobics, Yoga and Belly Dance, Hip Hop classes, Zumba Classes and Kids dancing classes were added to the Schedules. She forced herself to continue and by listening to the music, subscribing to workshops, recording them, making notes and drawings. This kind of dancing was totally new to her and she found it very difficult to learn, she even was about to give up on it as she didn’t like it in the beginning. As the requests kept coming Jo decided to learn more about Belly Dancing. Also a Yoga, Hip Hop, Break Dance.Īfter 6 months Jo received a lot of requests for Belly dance but she had no idea of how to do Belly Dance. The 2 Five Step Dance Academy was born and Jo started with Aerobic and Modern Dance classes and after 3 months kids creative movement classes started as well.
As the love for dancing never left her mind she decided to open her own dance academy in 2005. Gracie has become a globally well known and respected performer and instructor within the pole industry after only a short time.At the age of 27 Jo got married and gave birth to a beautiful daughter, during her pregnancy she stopped all her work and teaching. Gracie has had features in documentaries, magazines, chat shows, music videos and tv shows. Gracie has been a featured pole performer all over the globe and is proudly sponsored by X-Pole, RAWRRR Nutrition, Bling It Heels and Pole Physics.
